An arson fire at 103 E Columbia St in Flora, IN killed 4 young black girls Keyana Davis, age 11, Keyara Phillips, 9, Kerriele McDonald, 7, and Kionnie Welch, 5.

This case has not been solved in over 5 years.

Someone is believed to know who is responsible. This fund is intended to incentivise individuals with information to come forward. The award for information is currently $5000. 2-weeks after Flora was determined to be a homicide - another equally tragic case occurred in Delphi, a town 8 miles west of Flora, in the same county. The double homicide of two girls in Delphi, IN has amounted to a reward of $250,000+.

Currently contributions to the reward can only be sent via mail to the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, 302 W. Washington Street Room E208, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204. The memo line should read “Flora Fire Reward" to ensure the funds go to the appopriate account.

This is a grassroots, advocacy-lead, initiative to help mitigate barriers to fundraising and provide an alterior means to contribute to this fund through secure online payments.
