Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter believes there will be an arrest made in the Delphi murder case. Here is an extended version of the interview Carter gave to NewsNation as part of our special report on the fifth anniversary of the murders of 14-year-old Libby German and 13-year-old Abby Williams in Delphi, Indiana. "They're watching," Carter said of the person or people responsible. "They're watching. We'll meet them soon."

KOKOMO — Kokomo police said they found skeletal remains Tuesday night in a rural part of Miami County while investigating the 2016 disappearance of Karena McClerkin and one day after a person was arrested and charged with murder in the case.

#Barry Morphew will be back in court today to face voter fraud charges.
